Why-o, why-o, why-o…did I ever leave Ohio?
It’s official. The “why-ing” hath commenced in the Bourgeois household. You know when kids are little and it seems they develop skills overnight? You wake up one morning and your rolly-polly infant can sit up, or your sitting infant can crawl. Well, get used to that Auntie Fren because it happens with the language development also. The day before yesterday, out of the blue and all of the sudden, Tater discovered the word “Why?”…and he uses it. So, in keeping with the inquisitive spirit, I give you some of Tater’s best “Why’s?” (so far), as well as one of my own.
“Why is that a belt?” (Give that one a go)
“Why is Daddy at work?” (Because Mommy needs money for her crack.)
“Why are you changing my pamper?” (Can’t you smell that?!?)
“Why is Blue’s Room over?” (You watched it all) “Why did I watch it all?” (That’s a question only you can answer) “Why?” (I don’t know why you watched it all) “Why you don’t know why?” (I’m pretty sure those two cancelled each other out, are we done now?)
Here’s my “Why Of The Day” — WHY DON’T MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY MAKE COMMENTS ON THE SITE I WORK SO HARD ON?? (Auntie Fren? You’re excused from this one!)
